Overclock with coolbits wont stick

I've tried OCing my 6600gt with coolbits, but for some reason it resets itself to stock speeds (i think whenever i restart the computer) even though i tell it to apply settings at startup.

I'm going to see if rivatuner will keep the settings, but any reason why coolbits wont?

before you can apply the overclocked settings you need to test it first, did you do that?

I had this problem one time. I had to change the hexidecimal value to 2 instead of 3.
