What is good program to see the differences after an overclock, just put my 1.2 gHz/133 @ 1.266/133 to 1.330/140

You won't notice too much of a difference. You can see the synthetic effects using SiSoft Sandra, though.

I used my 3D mark 2001 from mad onion and found my old score went from 3562 to 3634
