i oced my 7800 gtx to 500/1300 hit apply. After some gaming i turned off my pc and turned it on again and my clock speeds were back to 470/1200. I used coolbit to oc. Is coolbits a temporary oc? Is so that is really lame.
 
In the bottom left hand corner of the clock frequencies screen, there is an option to "Apply at startup"
