OverClock Idiot<---- Me

I have brought the following item:

MSI K8N Neo4 nForce 4 Ultra Socket 939
Kingston Value Ram KVR 333/1 GR DIMM
AMD Athlon 64 4000+ San Diego 2.4GHz Socket 939

Currently running at a 2.4Ghz with 38C idle. FSB is 200 Mhz. Can anyone kind enough to give me some SIMPLE step by step procedure how to overclock that computer. ( like the voltage for RAM, the Timing and the Front bus speed) I try to read the oc menu from MSI and I still have no clue how to do it. Too many options. I would greatly appreciate any infromation about it. But please keep it simple, Cuz I am OC idiot >_<. Also if there is any program that can check the stability of the CPU and RAM, please provide link as well. Thanks you so much

First step is to find the memory speed settings they should have values of either:
400,333,266,200ect.... or 200,166,133,100ect...
Change this setting to 266 or 133

Increase the HTT 5-10mhz at a time from 200

Prime95 is the stability checking program, google it

Kingston Value Ram KVR 333/1 GR DIMM??????????????????????????

Are you running PC 2700? i say that because of the 333 is 166 on your computer and raising up to 200 is overclocking as it is. i dont know maybe i need to go to bed its 3am. please post back and the guys above me are also correct in what they are saying.
