Overclock Help Please

I have a Athlon 64 3200 running on a Asus A8V Deluxe Motherboard. I was wondering if there is a way to change the vcore setting as well as lowering the multiplier?

You can do all of that in the bios. Im not exactly sure where, just look around it. There aren't tooo many options, so it shouldn't be that tough to find.
