Overclock Help Needed

Hello, I am new to Overclocking.

System Specs:
P6T Motherboard
X58 Chipset
Intel i7 920
Standard stock cooling
5GB BalistiX RAM

Settings I have tried via BIOS:
AI Overclock Tuner = Manual
BCLK Frequency = 160
DRAM Frequency = 1604
CPU Voltage = 1.225
QPI Voltage = 1.35
DRAM Bus Voltage = 1.65
SpeedStep = Disabled
PCI-E Frequency = 100
UCLK Frequency = Auto

With those settings, running RealTemp, and Prime95, the temp. jumps almost immediately to the 90's-99c. So I reverted back to default BIOS settings.

Default Settings:
Idle temp.: 57-60
Prime95 (Blend, 8 threads): 80-87

CPU-Z Screenshots:

Memory: http://b.imagehost.org/0222/memss.jpg
SPD: http://d.imagehost.org/0275/spdss.jpg

I know I probably have to upgrade cooling for the CPU so I would like to know what you all would suggest in terms of the best (and cheapest, if possible, but not necessary, for intel i7 920) and anything else.

If more information is needed, please ask.

Thanks in advance.

for cheap (not bad) water get the corsair H50

If possible, from the information above in my original post, can someone point me out to a few possibilities for a good Heatsink+Fan for Overclocking on www.NCIX.com (it would be 1366 socket, intel i7 920) (Price doesn't matter).

Frostytech rates the Noctua coolers very well.

I have the NH-U12P SE2 on my i5-760, and the worst temps I've seen is 59C with the Intel Burn Test at maximum for about an hour...(I'm o/c'd to 3.374 right now)
