Overclock CPU with nVidia DDR

I have an Asus P3bf and a PIII-550e slot 1. I had been running at 133 fsb (733) without problems using my Voodoo 3 3000 AGP video card. I recently purchased a Leadtek Winfast Geforce DDR (AGP) to use in the system. I can no longer overclock the cpu at all. The desktop loads fine (Win ME) but I lock up almost immediately in a 3d game like Quake 3.

I have heard that I need to disable Sideband Addressing and reduce the AGP multiplier to 1x. Is this true? I have found an app. to reduce the multiplier, but nothing to disable sideband addressing. Any overclockers with BX chipsets using Geforce cards out there?

i cant get past 120 mhz bus, this kind of sucks a$$. I had to increase my i/o voltage to 3.5 volts and it took me a while to get my way up here as i have experienced a "burn-in" effect
