Hmmmm, weren't there some improvements on the -e board? Like stability while running 4 sticks of ram? Some other things? Or no?

No. Same BIOS for both boards. -E uses ICH9 chipset without RAID. BTW, you can now engage the IP35-E at NewEgg for $90 with no rebate. I suspect we will see a $20 to $30 rebate sometime in the month of December.

What do you mean engage?

I searched newegg and I'm not finding the ip35-e.

Also how much of a overclock do you think I would get with that cpu, ram and motherboard?

50% of these chips should hit 3.2GHz if you have quality RAMs and PSU. Antec Earthwatts 380 would be fine as long as you don't overload the PSU with a bunch of HDDs and a power-hungry GPU.
