overclock bus or underclock processor

I'm building a new machine and want to use one of the new KT133a motherboards that everyone appears to be yearning for. Abit or Asus i'm not sure right now but I think the chipset would be more mature this round. I would like a 1ghz machine on a 133 mhz bus. Should I
get a unclocked 800mhz and move it to a 133 bus or just get 1 ghz and probably overclock it a little if i'm lucky. Any opinions appreciated. Mark
 
No matter which you get,it depends on how much the particular CPU will take.But my choice would be a Blue core 1 gig if you can find one,although a 1.1 will be blue core and cost about $20 more which does'nt make the choice much easier.
