Good luck but Without some killer cooling you won't get very far with a 2400+ cpu. That particular CPU runs at 2.0 gHz stock on a 266MHz FSB. AMd only manufactured CPU's upto a 2600+ rating on the 266FSB which topped out at 2.13GHz. There is a reson for this. Mainly heat issues once you get much higher than that. Before you go nuts, make sure your cooling is up to the task. I'd persoanlly be shockced if you could coax even 2.2GHz out of the chip stable. I've not used your particular board, but the process should be the same as any other. I'd recommend reading the sticky thread on A64 overclocking. Most of the priciples wil apply.
one more word of warning before you embark on your overclocking journey. Don't go to crazy. If memory serves, the Athlon XP's did not have the overheat protection circuitry. Resulting in many a fried CPU.
