Overclock a laptop?

How could I go about attempting to overclock my laptop? I dont care about battery life. Theres no multiplier or FSB settings in the BIOS. SoftFSB maybe? Its a toshiba 2805-s201, Celeron 650, on the zx chipset I believe.
 
There any jumpers on the motherboard? Well, probably not actual jumpers, but pads to solder?
