OverClock 2.8c -> What M/B?

i am looking for a i865pe based motherboard that will o/c nicely. one that has all the voltage settings and so on. i currently have a foxconn i865pe base board and although very reliable, i can only get up to 223FSB because i can't adjust voltages on either the ram or cpu. i have excellent cooling so i figured what the hell, may as well o/c this chip to a safe speed - 3.2-3.4 instead of buying a completely new setup. brands really don't matter to me, as long as it is a good, reliable, well made board that offers what i am asking for above. i would also like to keep the price under $100 from newegg. don't care about sata or onboard lan.
