the systems in almost all the questions that ask "is this enough cooling" have more than enough for standard use. This stuff about "you need one intake, an exhaust, and the power supply at a minimum" is not true at all.

As long as you have a normal/good heatsink, and a power supply, you should be fine at stock speeds. Until OEMs put fans in their machines (they dont unless it is ABSOLUTELY necessary), you can be pretty confident that a power supply alone, or a power supply + 1 fan is adequate.

If you overclock, then the answer is never yes until you watercool 😉. but otherwise, people really dont need to worry as much as they do.
