over the top re-install of XP pro

I have a machine with a single hd with 4 partitions. I have w2k loaded on the first, Winxp on the second, and Fedora3 on the last 2. I installed them in the order listed. NTloader takes care of the first 2, and Grub for linux.

If I do an over the top install of Xp now, will it screw up my linux install?

(asked this tech support section, no responses, so trying here)
 
I'm 99 percent sure that a reinstall of Windows will overwrite your boot sector with the Windows bootloader.
