Over the ear headphone recommendations?

I'm looking for over the ear headphones for travel. All of my music files are lossless. I might use them for some gaming too but I'm more concerned about music quality.

What I'd like:

Closed ear

flat reproduction

folding or at least flattening of the cans

noise cancelling or isolation

Budget is $200.00

What are you guys using? Is there a place for good reviews by actual users you can point me to? Thanks in advance.

I know the perfect headphones for you! I just got them actually.

The Audio Technica ATH-M50s!

The headphones are usually around 150, but you can get them at around 100 if you look around hard enough. They are closed ear, isolated, folding, and reproduce the songs in a way I've never heard before.

There's enough bass for me to enjoy my bass-heavy house music, but the highs and mids aren't ignored at all and you don't miss a beat or a note or a hi-hat. Great build, and beats out every OEM headphone in it's price range. I recommend this one for sure.

COMES in two versions: the S version and the regular M50. The S stands for straight wire, while the regular M50 comes with a coiled wire.

Don't get a pair of Bose QC 10s. I used them at work (military gave them to me for free) and they broke by the dozens in the same place. The successor QC 15s seem to have fixed this, but they are still overpriced and you have to use a battery with them.

I have used the MDR-v900HDs at work. I don't think you have to use a battery with them. And they are 1/2 the price of the Bose headphones. But they still broke a lot (mine did).

Lol those are about as flat as Dolly Parton.

Sony V6 from Newegg for 65 shipped. Beyer DT250-80 velour muffs for 25 shipped. Over the ear, flat, powered by anything, foldable, closed, and way under budget.
