I just bought a new Duron700 and was trying to see if I was lucky and got another 1000 chip or was it this cool new board or something..
I unlocked the chip with some Loctite rear window defogger grid repair kit, I split it on the table on the first chip so not much left and getting kind of dry..
but chip unlocked and could not get speed up past 800 then chip locked again so I used a razor and scraped most off and cleaned it with Alcohol and reapplyed it quickly as it drys fast.. and now this puppy runs at 1000 no problem..
so speed might have to do with how good of a job you did connecting the bridges..
