Kind of like McDonalds, I bet. Sure, over 99 billion served - but how many were eaten? And how many were kept down?

If they sold a billion CD-Rs last year, probably 75% of them are still piled up waiting to be used, purchased as a result of hot deals that people couldn't pass up.

I've still got that 100 spindle of 8x that I bought for $20. I've also got that 50 spindle of those 80 minute ones as well as the 20 pack of the platinums. That's at home

Not to mention the 150 or so that I have laying around the office still waiting to be used

You just never know when you'll have to construct a mirror the size of oil tanker!
