Outsourcing Exchange / Blackberry

I've got a few POP mail accounts and a Blackberry that I want to be able to keep synchronized at all times with Outlook clients. I need synchronized calendars and messages and public folders.

It should work like this:

I'm on the road meeting clients and I enter a few calendar events and maybe some notes in a public folder on my Blackberry. Maybe some emails. Those changes should be sent to an outsourced Exchange server running BES in real time as I enter them. My assistants at the office running Outlook sees those entries without having to do anything just like as if they had a local Exchange Server.

I'm thinking this should be completely doable for less than $100 a month. Any suggestions?

You can get hosted Exchange accounts for $10 per month per mailbox. Each user can have his/her own mailbox, but can also (with permission) access other mailboxes (email, calendars, contacts, etc.) That's not a problem. The problem may be getting somebody who hosts BES. It's $5000 for the BES Server license.

Intermedia.net is a long-established company that hosts Exchange accounts and lists BlackBerry add-ins for $10 a month extra.

Windows Mobile hosting is free with Exchange. You might consider dropping the Blackberry and getting a WM5 SmartPhone instead. The WM5 phones have a lot more features than the BlackBerries.

Thanks for the response. They're actually one of the companies I was looking at earlier and wanted some real insight. What I'd like to be able to do is also have them host the pop3 accounts and have the domain mx records pointed to them. I'm guessing this is possible. Will have to call them up and find out. Thanks.
