Outputting to LCD TV Resolution Problem *NEED HELP*

I just reformatted my computer and forgot how to reconfigure my Syntax Olevia 30" LCD TV (I guess this applies to any large LCD TV) to the appropriate resolution so that I do not have to pan the screen with my mouse. I recall using PowerStrip to configure the resolution so that it will display correctly, but forgot how to do it. Can anyone provide any help?
