Output WiDi and HDMI?

Is it possible to output WiDi and HDMI at the same time? I currently have a Samsung NP520U4C-A01UB laptop and have a 23" monitor connected via HDMI. I would like to add a "3rd" monitor, a 58" Panny - TC-L58E60, via WiDi.

I'll need to purchase a WiDi receiver, something like the Netgear PTV3000 for the TV. I suppose I can purchase one locally and test - my end result is that I would like to be able to use my laptop LCD, an external 23" Dell monitor (HDMI) and the TV (WiDi).

Has anyone setup something similar?

Thanks!!

The answer is No (not all 3), you will lose the laptop display. You should also connect WiFi/WiDi before connecting your external HDMI display for those 2 to work. And be advised, any Blu-Ray or DVD you play on the Laptop to send to the TV may not work due to "legal entanglements"

Thanks! I can live without the laptop display, so I think I might give this a try. As for Blue-Ray/DVD, I'm not so interesting in streaming that. The use of the television is really more for a large external monitor in the home office. I need a tax write off 🙂

Just wanted to follow up on this. I finally got around to getting the PTV3000 and it turns out that I can have all 3 displays on at the same time (laptop, external monitor and television) 🙂
