I remeber back in the day, they use to offer the free over-night shipping with any order. I know they don't do that anymore, and I see a Fry's logo in the top left? Are they still reputable and quick? I'm thinking about ordering some stuff there, TIA.

I used to buy from outpost all the time. Since buy.com became competitive and newegg became the leader, I haven't looked back. Since I can't give any personal experiences anymore... check what these people said.

In my recent experience with them, yes they're still good. I ordered a digital camera from them and selected "overnight" shipping over the free ground shipping that they were offering. I placed the order at about 9:00 P.M. (EST) and paid under $11.00 for the overnight option. I had the camera in my hands by 11:00 A.M. the next morning. Outpost.Com has a 30-day return policy and no restocking fees. I returned the digital camera (Canon S40) after owning it for about 3 weeks. The day after Outpost.Com received the camera back, I received an E-mail message telling me that the RMA process had been completed and a credit sent to my credit card. I was very pleased with the service. At the time, their price on the Canon S40 was a little higher than some of the other vendors. However, when you factor in the $11.00 overnight shipping charge, their price was very competitive because even the cheapest on-line vendors wanted $50 or $60 for overnight shipping fees.

Yes they're still good, ordered a camera from them overnight shipping was only $9.75 ($2 more than 2 day) and it arrived on time.

They were awesome back in the day when they offered FREE OVERNIGHT shipping without a $500 minimum and offered 5% back through eBates.com but they're still good.
