Outlooks 2010 - Email content shows Blank

one of the customer who send us the email, that mail content shows blank in the outlook 2010 (64 bit). The same content can be seen by clicking on Actions > view browser, it open in browser and can see the content.

Can any one help me how to fix this issue?
 
Does it happen in OWA? Yes -> repair the search catalog -> repair the database -> do a new-moverequest and migrate it. Any of those may repair it. Anything more than that you may need to run eseutil to repair it.
No -> blow away the offline cache (ost) less likely blow away the local OAB.
