Outlook2k - Emails stuck in outbox, but says its delivered?

Hello,

Outlook 2000 (9.0.0.2711) / POP Email accounts, just
started happening this morning.
For some reason, i have all these emails in my outbox, if
i send it, the status bar says delivery complete, but i
still have the email in my outbox.

I have ran the scanpst and found no errors, any
suggestions?


I am not sure what's going on here.
