A user reported that just in the past 2 weeks he got Appcrash on ntdll.dll and BEX error on Msrv32.dll

I made a new mail profile and no avail. Made a profile with my account trying to rule out user account issue, with no luck. Then uninstalled Office2007 and still no luck. Re installed connecter and no luck and tried 2.15 and still no luck, so put 2.16 back on.

Working on IMAP only works fine, so the connector and O2007 are not meshing all to well now.

Running Vista Home premium, Dual core and 2gb ram. He has plenty of computing power. I am thinking of installing Office2003 since he has a 2007 open lic.

But 2003 will not figure out a solution, just a work around. Any Ideas?
 
I've seen the ntdll.dll event viewer errors before, adn they were related to a proprietary piece of software+hardware. It was an OS/Driver conflict, and no there was no solution 😛
 
the only thing that changed was windows updates and new printer drivers. Maybe delete printer drivers and see what happens.
