Alright, I find this to be just plain weird and confusing.

I am having two issues that we are having here at the office with outlook and yahoo that are just baffling me, and I was wondering if anyone else has had these problems, or maybe even knows a solution.

To give you a little background, we use yahoo small business mail as a mail server, and so I set up everyone's outlook files to use the proper servers and ports ect... and they work, for the most part, with just the following two issues.

1. Every 2 or 3 times someone tries to send/recieve their email, they get a popup box that says please enter network password, despite having entered and saved it many a time. If you click ok, it works, but the pop up comes back after a few send/recieves, which when you work in a business where you need to constantly check your email, so outlook is checking it every two minutes it can be really annoying.

2. Every few days outlook will download duplicate emails. Now, we do leave the messages on the server so that people can get them in both their desktop and laptop outlook - however the problem is that the same computer with the same pst is downloading more then one copy of the same email! It is just odd.

Anyone got any ideas?
