Outlook XP Rules Prob

I have setup some additional folders in my inbox and created rules for outlook to move these into appropriate folders (about 10 in total).

But, sometimes it leaves them all the inbox, then other times it makes duplicate copies in the wrong folders, any ides whats going on??

One thing to check is whether or not the rule you set up is server side, or client side. If the rule is client side, then Outlook is required to be running for the rules to work. I hope this helps (a little).

I have just noticed this feature today and it worked perfectly!!!! It can automatically seperate my email from pop3 server to different folders!!!

Yeah it is...if it works properly......hmmm...I have no mail server, just my pc connected to pop3 email.
