outlook xp question

How do I configure outlook to refuse downloading email from certain mail addresses. I do know about the filtering feature such as junk out. But i want to make it that the party send in g the email would know that it is not being accepted.

Your best bet would be to send the person a warning email,telling them very clearly that you do not wish to be contacted by them again and that further email from them will result in you filing a TOS complaint with their ISP.

that might not be such a good idea, some spammers use that as a method of determining which email addresses are valid and will just hit you with more.

unless you personally know these people you're blocking. in which case, just send a message back. i know of no easy solutions.
