Outlook XP - How to Specify Default Reply Server?

Well, this problem is pretty self-explanitory. I have two mail servers setup in Outlook: Hotpop (default), and Edu. In Outlook XP, when I click on reply, Outlook always wants to send using the Edu account, even if the mail was sent to the Hotpop account. In order to send with the Hotpop server, I have to select it in the send options for EVERY e-mail. Does anyone know how to change the default send server?

Tools ---> Options ---> Mail Setup ---> Email Accounts ---> View or Change Existing Email Accounts.

Switch the default account to Hot Pop by using the Move Up/Move Down buttons.

Hotpop is currently the default e-mail account! I googled this a while ago, and it seems to be an unresolved problem, anyone have any advice?
