I have an e-mail with an MS Access MDB file from a client that I need to open, but Outlook XP won't let me open it becuase it thinks it is a virus or an "unsafe file". I have changed the security settings under Tools > macro > security to "low", but it still won't let me access the file.

How do I get to it?
