Outlook/Word 2000 looking for NXPEXT32.DLL when sending email

Whenever I click to send an email, I get a pop-up looking for NXPEXT32.DLL. I ran FIND, but it doesn't exist on my hard drive. I follow the suggestion to click "Detect & Repair" and allow it to proceed to finish, but afterwards I run the FIND program again and still, it's not to be found, either on the cdrom or the hard drive.

My email seems to go out anyway, but it's annoying and I wonder if there's another issue in the making.😕
