Outlook won't let me have access to a .EXE

I can't find out how to make Outlook give me access to a .EXE, it's "Protecting" me from potentially harmfull programs. At least with GIFs, JPGs, it gives me a option to save it to disk, by first letting me click on the attachment, but with the EXE's, it doesn't even give me access to the attachment.

Any help is much appreciated.
 
have you tried not opening it, but saving as...then save it on your desktop, im sure that it will atleast let you save it somewhere else. another thing, im not sure, but i think if you are using outlook2k and you got the latest security patch, it locks outlook like a rock, it doesnt allow word, or exel or ppt files from openning maybe thats your prob.
