Outlook won't keep folders up to date automatically (ie. email folders)

Just a quick question for anybody who might have experience with Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server 2003. I've got one person with an email account whose Outlook won't keep her folders updated automatically - she has to manually click send/receive for them to update. Being on a domain with Exchange, this shouldn't be necessary and none of the other computers on the domain have this problem.

Her status in Outlook is Connected and I'm not spotting any obvious setting problems that might be doing this. I've temporarily fixed it by scheduling a Send/Receive task at 5 minute intervals, and it works, but I'm wondering if anyone knows what the real problem might be. Thanks for any input guys.
