Outlook Vs Excel... what gives?

Guy here at work receives any excel file in his email and he clicks on it to open it and he gets a "The system cannot find the file specified." error.

If you save the file to your HD, open excel and THEN open the file it opens. But if you click onthe file to open excel it gives the same error.

If I send him a Word .doc he has no problems at all.

I dont get it

it could be that his outlook security settings are blocking excel files, but that shouldn't impact him if he can save the attachments......make sure his version of office is fully patched and updated.....
