outlook - swapping computers, can I start new

I am swapping two computers. I can backup the data from one outlook, and restore it in the other, but how to get rid of the original calendar and emails, and personal folders, contacts, all that stuff?

Is there like a reset?

I dont really want to uninstall and reinstall.

Go to Control Panel, click Mail and remove the profile listed under "Show Profiles". That should do it.

Once I remove this, then I go to import the new .pst file, will it then work so that the old stuff is gone and all the stuff from the other file is all that shows up?

Also, does the .PST file include the calender, contacts, emails, everything in one file?

Just replace the PST from the new system with the pst from the old system. Since everything is stored in the PST files, you will have just what was in the old system.
