Outlook SLOOOW Loading

I'm not sure what the problem is but using Outlook it loads SLOW like a full minute to load up. I just formatted/reinstalled... it ran fine last install.. I cant understand why its so slow. The only thing I have done is import my old emails etc...


I even just tried deleting my outlook.pst file and starting over with a fresh database thats clean and empty of all my old emails... and it still loads SLOW.
 
Well I seem to have fixed it, Im not sure how... I reinstalled like 3 times and reapplied the SPs... and finally it worked.
