Hi all,
I am using outlook2000 and i have multiple profile enabled in it now is there any possiblity for me to protect my outlook with password,Means when i open my outlook it should prompt me for password.

Yes. Your emails are stored in a .pst file. You can password protect that file so that everytime you access outlook, you will be prompted to enter the password. To do this, go into outlook, click tools -> Options, then click the Mail Setup tab then click the Data Files button. Select the data file from the list that you use, and click settings. Then click settings and you will work it out from their
 
I'm sure you also need a password to login to the server to pull down your new emails so just don't check the box to remember it.

As for the PST files, just right click on the Personal Folder, go to Properties, Advanced, Change Password.
