Every so often, the scrool wheel on my Microsoft Intellimouse 2.0 seems to malfunction in Outlook 2003. Irrespective of whether I scrool the mouse up or down, the vertical slide bar goes down.
If I exit Outlook and return all is back to normal. Anyone else have this issue, or even better, a fix?
