Hey guys. I have a user that is trying to check the two boxes called:
* Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages
* Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to read Rich Text e-mail messages
These boxes can normally be clicked when selecting HTML, Rich Text, and Plain Text in the drop down box above it. However, for this user, no matter what he selects in the drop down box - the two check boxes below it are faded out where he can't select them. I checked under Help-->About Microsoft Office Outlook--> Disabled Items and in Word and found nothing.
These can be found in Tools--> Options--> Mail Format Tab.
