Outlook read receipts

I have Outlook 2000, it's automatically responding to read/delivery receipts. How do I shut that off, or at least force a yes/no prompt?

This may not be exact, but it should give you enough to find it. I have MS Outlook 2003, so it should be close enough. Follow this path:

tools/options/preferences tab/email options/tracking options

there you should see the stuff you want to change.
