We have Exchange Server 5.5 running and Outlook 2000 as our clients. We currently have a journal set up in the public folders for some of our data concerning calls made and emails sent to clients. We like to log all events so we have a record of what we have done with each of them. Is there a way that I can export that journal to an Access Database, and if so can someone tell me how. I heard that it could be done, but the source was not too reliable.
