I get emails from a tracking company that has GPS coordinates of tractor-trailer rigs. Overnight my inbox fills up. How can I make the tracking emails go to a separate folder(kind of like a second inbox) so my inbox isn't crowded making me miss other important emails?

TIA

There should be a way to create a filter, and automatically move those to a separate folder. I do that in Thunderbird, and I'd be very surprised if you couldn't do that in Outlook.

If you keep your outlook open just create a Rule and thats as easy as it gets....

If you dont keep a rule.... you can create another folder if you are using exchange.....

Need more details

Step two:Tools>Rules and Alerts - then click new rule. Follow the wizard
