Outlook Problems

my client is having an issue with Outlook 97 that is is comming up all the time with blue screen/illegal operation/invaild page fautlt in mapi32.dll

The situation is this. Initially it was comming up with the error "Messaging Interface Returns and Unknown Error" I have tried the suggestions in in MSKB article #172350 upto re-install windows.

It worked for a bit then the error returned. The second time it was doing it again, I just recreated the Personel Store for outlook and was fine for about a week and half. And it started again. I've aslo removed and re-install Outlook 97 (with any updates as well) with no luck

Is there anthing that anyone can think of as a reason why its doing it/ to fix it, or should i just wipe windows and start over?

one thing to note: the client machine is on a Win2k Domain, with user profiles. The profiles are configured to set the email personal store on there shared drive on the server IE (shared drive - u:\mailbox.pst)

EDIT: forgot to mention, all the account types are standard internet email accounts.
