Outlook/Outlook Express/address book help

OK, heres the deal. I installed MS Outlook only because it syncs with my Palm, I don't like it for e-mail so it is basically a backup for the Palm. I use it instead of the Palm software because Outlook, Outlook Express and MS address book share so I can get info from any of the three and can address e-mails easily from it. But... I can't figure out where the files are that store the address book, calendar, to do list, etc. I need to be able to keep them backed up.

I know you can export files but I don't want to have to export a bunch of files from Outlook to keep these up to date, too much work, I would have to do it twice a week. Ideally I want to be able to tell it to store this stuff on my D drive so that when I reinstall Windows (an all to frequent affair) I don't have to worry about possibly losing my precious info.

Where are address book, to do info, calendar, notes, tasks in Outlook stored? Since I don't know this yet, the next question may be premature but can I force it to store on my D drive? I am sort of assuming that even though Outlook is installed on my D drive, the address book may still be on the C. Also, is there a way to force Outlook Express to run from my D drive? I do see that you can force Outlook Express to store your e-mail on the D so this really doesn't matter too much.

Long explanation, sorry.
Thanks for any help.

Search for outlook.pst. It is the file that Outlook store all the mails, contacts and schedules etc.
