Outlook Out of office assistant

A coworker will be on maternity leave for a while and wants to know if the AutoReply feature in Outlook can be set to reply to a sender more than once if they send multiple emails.

right now OOA says this: AutoReply only once to each sender with the following text.

we want to to send more than once because she will be out for a while and if people get the msg early on they will forget later.

You'll have to create a rule that specifies having the server send a message each time an email is received. Then, just use that rule in lieu of the OoO.
