I have a desktop machine which is my primary machine..and it has Outlook on it. I have a laptop as well, and I have Outlook for it as well but would like it to access my primary machine's mailbox..and be able to sync up e-mails. That way if I'm out of town checking e-mails and saving them to folders, when I get back home, it will make sure the desktop's mailboxes are up to date.
I don't have an Exchange server and am not interested in getting it. I need some other solution. Any ideas? Could I just set up my laptop's Outlook to use the .pst files located over the network on my desktop..and then turn on Offline Files? So when I'm out of town and check email, then go home, it will sync the .pst files? Or is there a better way?
Thanks in advance.
