Outlook msgs to Outlook express

Ok, I installed XP not too long ago (clean install on a new hd), and now I can't import my saved outlook files (address book, inbox, outbox, etc). Unfortunatly, I gave my brother my old HD since he needed an upgrade (been formatted already...).
Did I just screw myself? I have my Vegas hotel confirmation email in an archive that I can't get too, and I seem to have misplaced the printout. 😱
They look to be .pst file types.
Any help would be great.

I'm not aware of any way to do this.

I think that if you install outlook, you can then import the data into OE.

If you find something, let me know.

So you don't have outlook anymore, just using Outlook Express?
edit ah.. I think I understand now... Yes OE can only import from active Email Applications, not a file.
You'll need to install outlook and copy the PST file to replace the one there. Then you could import them to OE. Of course with Outlook installed, why use OE ?

There's a utility called ABC Outlook Converter but it's not a freeware. Try importing from other email applications such as the bat, foxmail, thunderbird and so on. I don't know if they'll work though. If you can import it w/ any of those email applications, then use OE to import the messages again.
