My boss tells me that when he gets a meeting request in outlook, and doesn't accept or reject it - just opens, reads and x's out of it - the request at some point disappears from his inbox, so he can't revisit it closer to the date of the meeting and then accept or reject it. Is this a glitch or by design? Do you have to do something with a meeting request when you get it, or is there some way to retain them until you decide what your response is?
