All my RR accounts check mail fine. Sometimes my other mail account which is a POP3 from a friends website... the msg box for my password pops up. All I have to do is click OK, but still, its irritating. Is there something wrong with my Outlook? A format doesn't help anything. Let me know if you guys know anything, thanks!
 
have your friend check the logs from the pop server and see exactly what is happening, if the failures show up at all
 
the server is probably slow if it doesnt happen all the time.

mine only asks for password on a failed attempt
