Annoying to learn just how much one has forgotten until the knowldge is needed!

I used to have Outlook calenders setup so that my wife in her log-in would see my Calender when she loaded up Outlook. This way we could keep abreast of appointments etc

I have forgotten how!
I managed to import my calender [pst file] into her outlook but this obviously isn;t the way as changes I make after this are not mirrored in her log-in.

So how do I do it then?

naa. I did by a fairly simple method. I know it involved importing SOMETHING into myu wife's profile but can't remember what!

I'm going to assume you guys use the same computer and aren't using Exchange; it's a little bit pricey for home use. 🙂

You should be able to add your .pst as an additional data file within her profile. From there, she should be able to expand the folder and see the entirety of your stuff...inbox, calendar, etc.

Keep in mind that if you aren't on the same machine and are trying to access your .pst at the same time you're going to run into problems.

many thanks mate. yes we are sharing the same machine and I managed to remember that this was exactly how I did it
got it so that my calender opens by default when she opens outlook too.

Cheers!
