Outlook + Firefox = Headaches

Firefox works fine with my outlook. Yours must suck. lol

yep. firefox works fine with links in outlook. outlook does block some actions. maybe yours is configured in a way that is too restrictive. did it work with IE recently?

check your security settings in Tools -> Options -> Security. Try defaulting all the listed zones and trying again after closing and reopening Outlook.

You receive an error message when you click a hyperlink in Outlook 2000 or in Outlook 2002

After you follow these steps, I would go to Add/Remove Programs then Set Program Access and Defaults. Under Custom, select Firefox as your default browser. Your links should now open in Firefox.

I set non-windows settings and program default so Firefox was default web browser...

Still get "This operation has been anceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. please contact your system administrator"
